Gifts to a Public Agency Form 801 Filings

The California State Senate occasionally receives gifts from individuals or groups that benefits the Legislature as an institution and incur no benefit to a public official. These gifts are processed by the Senate Rules Committee in accordance with State law and a written record of the gift is available for public scrutiny on the Senate website (see below).
