SB 1127, as it passed the Senate, authorized a trustee to terminate a trust if the fair market value of the principal of the trust did not exceed $100,000, as adjusted periodically based on the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers.

The Assembly amendments instead authorize a trustee to terminate a trust if the fair market value of the principal of the trust does not exceed $100,000.
