ICS Import Instructions

How to Import an .ICS calendar into Outlook 2010:

1. Click "File” tab
2. Click "Options”
3. Click "Advanced" in the “Outlook Options” dialog box
4. Click "Export" on the “Outlook Options/Advanced” tab
5. Click on "Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs)" in "Import and Export Wizard" dialog box.
6. Click "Next >"
7. On the “Browse” dialog box, browse to the location where the file was saved
8. Click on the name of the file “Senate Floor Sessions Calendar.ics”
9. Click “OK”
10. Click "Import”
11. Click "OK" in "Outlook Options" dialog box to close

Go to the Calendar to view the events.
